Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, stylus pens, cables, and manuals to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Shipping Labels
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship the item to our designated electronics inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
